The company
Neocity has begun laying the foundations of a new residential complex on Konotopska Street in Warsaw, the company announced in a press statement.
The estate, christened NeoVillage, will comprise five small buildings ranging from two to four storeys in height above ground and providing space for a total of 146 flats. The flats will have floor areas of 37-70 m² and will feature their own terraces, loggias or balconies. Residents will also be able to park their cars in underground garages. Since each building will have a maximum of 32 flats, the investment will provide relatively low density housing.
