Wholesale centre planned near Wroclaw

At the end of March or the beginning of April 2012 the company
CHH Bielany Park will embark on the construction of a wholesale centre in the area of Magazynowa and Handlowa Streets in Bielany Wroclawskie. The undertaking will require estimated expenditure of PLN 100m (€23m).
Bielany Trade Center, as the complex is to be called, will have a gross floor area of approximately 64,000 m². Initially, two units will be erected, which will be used by more than 700 traders. Space in the buildings will be divided into units adapted to the needs of their tenants. The halls will also serve as venues for exhibitions and showings. The first of them will have a gross floor area of 18,400 m² and the second will be 45,800 m² in size. Work on the first two parts of the centre is to be completed by September 2012, while the third planned hall will be finished and ready for occupancy by the spring of 2013.
