Hines establishes presence on Krakow's real estate market

The international property developer Hines is planning a housing investment in Krakow. It will be the company's first venture in the city.
According to statements made by the developer, the project will be located in the city centre, thanks to which residents will have access not only to all the conveniences of a typical modern building, but also to attractions available in the city centre itself. Hines has also declared its desire to increase its involvement Krakow if it manages to obtain an attractive location for an office investment.
To date Hines has built in Poland, or is in the course of building, housing and office investments in Warsaw, Lodz and Gdansk. These include the Metropolitan office building on Pilsudskiego Street, the Apartamenty Impresja residential project in Warsaw, the Arboretum housing investment in Lodz, the Quattro Towers residential project in Gdansk and the following office investments – Sterlinga Business Center in Lodz and Centrum Biurowe Neptun in Gdansk. Hines has likewise set up a fund called Hines Russia & Poland Fund, whose task is to investment on the Polish and Russian markets.
