J.W. Construction Holding and
Jagiellonia Bialystok Sportowa are planning to put up a shopping centre in the area of Pilsudskiego and Jurowiecka Streets in Bialystok. The company DTZ will be responsible for finding tenants for the mall.
The Galeria Jagiellonska complex will have a leasable area of approximately 50,000 m². It will feature around 150 stores as well as an entertainment section with restaurants and a multi-screen cinema. Some of the revenues from the centre's operations will be spent on supporting the sports club Jagiellonia Bialystok. The investment was designed by the architectural studio Chapman Taylor and is slated to get under way in the second half of 2012.
