Apartments and offices to be built in Warsaw Powisle district

Powisle Park is planning to put up a residential-office complex on Warsaw's Kruczkowskiego Street. The task of carrying out the investment has been entrusted to
Budimex, which will be paid PLN 173m (€40.6m) net.
Powisle Park, as the investment has been christened, will feature high class apartments. The flats will have a ceiling height of more than three metres and residents will be able to park their cars in an underground garage. In addition, there are plans to build a class A office building that will function as the headquarters of
Mazowiecka Spolka Gazownictwa. The undertaking, which was designed by the architectural firm APA Kurylowicz & Associates, will take two years to complete from the day an agreement is signed with the contractor.
