New offices to appear in Warsaw

Concept Development is preparing to put up an office-commercial complex on Kolumbijska Street in the Polish capital.
The investor plans to build a set of 15 three- and four-storey buildings with a combined floor area of approximately 50,000 m² on plots 6 ha in total size. A number of units with a gross area of 14,500 m² will be erected in the first stage of the project followed by units with around 34,000 m² of space in stage two. The planned structures will be connected together via opening roofs and small internal bridges. The project was designed by the architectural firm APA Grupa, while Jones Lang LaSalle will be responsible for commercial management tasks. The undertaking is scheduled to get underway in the final quarter of 2012.
