Tender to build Hampton by Hilton hotel in Gdansk

Port-Hotel is planning to put up a Hampton by Hilton Gdansk Airport hotel on Spadochroniarzy Street in Gdansk-Rebiechowo. A tender to choose a contractor for the investment has just been announced.
According to the investor's own plans, the hotel will stand opposite the main Gdansk airport terminal, which is currently under construction. It will be a five-storey edifice with its own underground parking garage. The ground floor will be a publicly accessible area with a business zone, while the upper four floors will be occupied by hotel rooms, of which there will be 116. In addition, guests will also have access to a 24-hour bar and fitness centre. Bids in the tender will be accepted up to 27 February 2012. The undertaking is to be completed by H2 2013.
