Robyg embarks on office investment in Warsaw

The company
Robyg is planning to build an office-retail-commercial building on Rzeczpospolitej Avenue in Warsaw's Wilanow district. The company has just been issued a construction permit for the investment.
In the first stage of the project, dubbed Robyg Business Center, the investor will put up a building with a gross floor area of approximately 8,000 m², including around 5,700 m² of office space and roughly 2,700 m² of retail-commercial space. The undertaking will be carried out in two stages and the complex will eventually have a floor area of approximately 35,000 m². The deadline set for completing the construction work is midway through 2013. The complex was designed by the architectural studio Atelier3 Girtler & Girtler.
The company's plans for 2012 also include launching residential projects in Warsaw and Gdansk, in which a total of around 1,300 flats, i.e. approximately 82,000 m² of useable space, will be built. To date, the developer has completed more than 2,300 flats with a total floor area of over 180,000 m² on these markets.
