LC Corp lines up new residential projects

The company
LC Corp has announced plans for further housing investments in Wroclaw and Gdansk.
Scheduled undertakings include a commercial-residential building on Brzeska Street in Wroclaw city centre. The seven-storey edifice will contain luxury flats as well as commercial units on the ground floor. In addition, there will be a two-storey underground garage with room for up to 130 vehicles and a number of parking spaces above ground.
In turn, the developer intends to put up a complex of four residential-commercial buildings with a gross floor area of 33,000 m². The estate will feature approximately 600 flats ranging in floor size of 37-78 m² as well as a number of two-floor units. There will also be an underground car park. The first stage of the investment is scheduled to get under way in Q1 2012.
The company also plans to construct an estate of single-family houses called Vratislavia Residence in Malin not far from Wroclaw. In this investment LC Corp intends to build around 650 houses in terraced and free-standing formats on a 169 ha plot. In addition, the complex will feature sports facilities (a swimming pool, tennis courts), food and beverage outlets, an outpatient clinic, a school and a nursery school.
Finally, the developer is preparing the groundwork for another estate called Bajkowy Park on Starogardzka Street in Gdansk. It plans to erect a number of multi-family dwelling units on a plot more than 99.4 ha in size. The complex will also include underground garages and children's playgrounds. LC Corp already has a conceptual design for the project as well as a development plan for the investment site.
