Plans and investments: Plans to build Centrum Praha

We learn from
Puls Biznesu that a new cinema, Centrum Praha, is to be built at a cost of PLN 40m in Warsaw. The Centre will be the first cinema in the much heralded Max Film city cinema chain. The Centrum is expected to be ready by the beginning of 2007.

Max Film, which is owned by the regional council of Mazowieckie Voivodship, has already carried out the demolition of the old Praha cinema located in Warsaw’s Praga-Polnoc. The investor would like to begin work on the new building by the end of the present month.
In an interview with the newspaper, the Director of Max Film announced plans to build further multi-screen cinemas in Mazowsze. These projects will involve outlays of PLN 12m in Siedlce and PLN 13m in Plock.
