Hotel-conference centre envisaged for Lidzbark

Centrum Konferencyjno-Wypoczynkowe Zamek is preparing to convert a part of castle building in Lidzbark Warminski into a hotel-conference centre, we learn from
Puls Biznesu.
According to the preliminary plans drawn up for the project, the historic building will contain a four-star hotel with 120 beds, a spa centre and conference rooms. The investment will cost an estimated approx. PLN 45m (€10.1m), with the construction work requiring a budget of around PLN 30m (€6.7m). If everything goes according to plan, the hotel will welcome its first guests towards the end of 2010.
