More office buildings in the pipeline in Warsaw

CNPEP RADWAR is building an office complex on Warsaw's Poligonowa Street. The general contractor for the investment is Budimex Dromex.
Among other things, the investor is revamping and expanding a number of buildings standing on company-owned real estate. Together they will form the Radwar Business Park. The park will boast a total floor area of 23,500 m², including 11,800 m² of office space, and more than 1,100 m² of space set aside for shops and services. In addition, the Park will have its own underground parking garage with room for up to 225 vehicles. The investment is scheduled for completion in December 2009.
