New town hall in Rzeszow

The local administration in Rzeszow is to have a new seat. The project was designed by the Krakow-based architectural studio UCEES,
Gazeta Wyborcza announced.
The new town hall will stand 13 storeys high above ground and also have two basement level floors, which will function as a parking garage for 400 vehicles. The ground floor will be reserved for departments dealing directly with customers and the first floor will be occupied by conference rooms and food and beverage services. The other floors will serve as offices for town hall employees. The construction work will get underway in 2011 and cost an estimated PLN 100m (€23.6m).
