New office complex in Bydgoszcz

2009-11-16

TSP intends to build an office complex on Fordonska Street in Bydgoszcz. The investment will stand on the site of the former seat of the company Polmozbyt, Gazeta Wyborcza reported.
The project, christened "F262", will consist of two six-storey edifices with a combined floor area of 12,000 m². The offices will be class A standard and tenants will be able to choose from between a number of small offices, each approx. 100 m² in size, or extensive open space offices. The ground floor of the complex will be occupied by shops and services and a reception. In addition, there will be an underground parking garage with room for up to around 200 vehicles. The investor is currently preparing the site for the future construction work, but the commencement date will depend upon when the investor obtains both the mandatory permits and financing. If everything goes according to plan, the construction work may be finished by Q4 2011.
