Multi-purpose complex to appear in Warsaw
2009-11-16
Art Norblin intends to put up a multi-functional complex on Warsaw's Zelazna Street. The investment will be located on the site of the historic Norblin factory.
The complex will be roughly 60,000 m² in size and host shops, services, offices and cultural space. The company has dropped plans to build flats on the plot, due to the current difficult situation on the housing market. The undertaking will require estimated outlays of PLN 800m (€195m) and the investor plans to apply for a zoning permit by the end of the year.
