Stage 2 of Lodz Nowe Polesie estate drawing to a close

Atal is currently completing the second part of its Nowe Polesie apartment estate between Pienista and Falista Sreets in Lodz. The investment is to be finished by the end of 2009.
Three buildings will be put up in this part of the undertaking. They will contain a total of 107 flats furnished with balconies, terraces, winter gardens and normal gardens. In addition, the buyers of these flats will be eligible for state-subsidised mortgages under the government's "A Family's Own Home" programme. Four multi-family units were completed in the first phase of the investment and the undertaking as a whole will contain 10 five-storey buildings with 348 flats ranging in size from 29 to 120 m². The estate will also include underground garages capable of holding up to 380 vehicles. Furthermore, it will be fenced and equipped with security surveillance facilities. Residents will also have access to a children's playground and pedestrian pathways.
