Ronson sold 263 flats in 2009

Last year Ronson Europe found buyers for 263 flats last year, which means that it almost doubled its sales compared with 2008.
The developer sold flats with a combined floor area of approximately 16,000 m². During the same period it completed construction work on more than 21,000 m² of new housing. The company currently has around 270 flats on offer and this year intends to embark on the construction of new projects in Wroclaw and Warsaw, as a result of which its total stock will rise to over 500 flats. The new projects will be financed by, among other things, a recent share issue and share warrants, which provided the company with earnings surpassing PLN 72.6m (€17.7m).
