Galeria Echo in Kielce under expansion

Echo Investment has begun enlarging its shopping-entertainment centre in Kielce.
The Galeria Echo mall is 68,000 m² in size with 26,000 m² available for rent. As Polish Construction Review informed its readers earlier, according to plans, four new retail floors will be added together with a multi-storey underground parking garage. This will increase its floor space to around 166,000 m² (available space for rent will increase up to approx. 67,000 m²). In addition, customers will have access to around 2,300 parking spaces. Besides hosting 300 shops, the newly upgraded centre will house a fitness club and gym, a bowling alley, restaurants, cafes, a discotheque and a children's playground. The deadline for completing the expansion work is H1 2011.
