SwedeCenter is planning to create the first ever environmentally-friendly business park in Warsaw at the intersection of Zwirki i Wigury, Ilzecka and 1 Sierpnia Streets in Warsaw.
Business Garden, as the park has been christened, will be spread out over a 6 ha plot and consist of a cluster of buildings providing total floor space of approximately 90,000 m². Two of the seven planned units will be erected in the first stage – a 17,300 m² office building and a hotel-office-conference building with 14,000 m² of floor space. The developer will begin laying the foundations of this part of the complex in April 2010 and it is scheduled for completion in Q4 2011.
