J.W. Construction planning 10% sales growth in 2010

The senior management of
J.W. Construction estimates that flat sales will be up by around 10% this year and the company wants to find buyers for around 1,300 flats,

In Q4 2009 the company managed to sell 261 flats, which – in the opinion of the company's senior management – may be a sign that the crisis in the housing branch is coming to an end. There has been a noticeable increase in enthusiasm from buyers, while banks have slightly relaxed their credit policies. The company is currently embarking on a number of office investments – it recently purchased a plot in Wroclaw and it is also seeking land for such projects in Katowice, Krakow and Warsaw. On the other hand, new housing projects are scheduled for this spring.
