Marcegaglia Poland factory to be enlarged

Marcegaglia Poland is finishing work on the first stage of a factory near Kluczbork and the company's senior management is already preparing two further parts of the investment, Gazeta Wyborcza reported.
The production complex is 8.5 ha in size and stands on 44 ha plot in the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone. The new building will be close to 20 ha in size and produce 50,000 tonnes of steel a month. The investment will cost in total around PLN 1bn (€250m) and create up to 500 jobs.
