New shopping centre in Elblag

Sjaelso is to build a shopping centre called Porto 55 at the intersection of Krolewiecka and Nowowiejska Streets in Elblag.
The mall will be roughly 48,000 m² in size and host both Polish shops and international brands and also include space for services, food and beverage outlets, offices and a fitness centre. Mallson Polska will be responsible for commercialising Port 55.
The company will shortly apply for a construction permit for the investment. For the investment to go ahead, the town had to modify the spatial development plan for Jagiellonczyka Square.
