Anti: acquisition lined up in Q1

Anti, a company specialising in small architecture, wants to finalise its acquisition of a company from the same branch by the end of the first quarter of 2010. The takeover would enable it to broaden the scope of its operations, according to
Puls Biznesu.
Anti currently possesses contracts in hand for this year worth in total PLN 37m (€9.1m). Moreover, it is still seeking new contracts – recently it submitted the most attractive bid in a tender to modernise infrastructure on the Fabryczne estate in Jelcz-Laskowice. The company has until the end of June 2011 to build on the site playgrounds and a pitch as well as renovate the parking areas and pavements. In addition, Anti has just submitted bids for contracts worth in total PLN 25m (€6.1m) and is hoping to win at least some of them. Moreover, It expects a significant increase of orders in the spring.
