Gant: first residential project in the capital

Gant Development is gearing up for its first housing investment in Warsaw – this spring it will begin laying the foundations for a complex called Kaskada na Woli on Sokolowska Street, which will contain a total of 751 flats.
In stage one of the project, slated for completion by the autumn of 2011, the investor will build roughly 280 flats and 39 commercial-retail units. Financing for the investment will come from a bank loan (approx. PLN 150m or €36.8m) and cash that Gant hopes to earn from a planned share issue (approx. PLN 48m or €11.8m).
