Morski Park Handlowy retail park in Gdansk

Liebrecht & wooD is planning to build a shopping complex in Gdansk. The general contractor for the undertaking is Hochtief Polska.
Morski Park Handlowy (MPH) will comprise three buildings, including the Fashion House Outlet Centre, which has existed since 2005, as well as a traditional retail park with large-sized stores, a shopping mall, office space, commercial-retail space and food and beverage outlets. The MPH complex will boast 50,000 m² of retail space and have its own car park with room for around 1,500 vehicles. The project will be built in three stages. It is scheduled to get underway on 17 February 2010 and will be completed for use by Q2 2011.
