More firms moving into Katowice Zone

Three firms intend to launch or develop operations in the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The total value of all these investment is roughly PLN 80m (€20m), PAP reported.
Lear Corporation, a company producing car seats and covers for them, is planning to launch a production line at its new plant in Tychy. In turn, the concern
Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska plans to bolster its operations at its plant in Dabrowa Gornicza. On the other hand
Pojazdy Specjalistyczne Zbigniew Szczesniak wants to build a plant in the zone that will turn out different kinds of fire trucks. These planned projects will create approx. 250 new jobs.
