Office-commercial centre in Lodz

Marko, a company from the group Eurostar Real Estate, intends to put up an office-commercial building in the vicinity of Zielona and Gdanska Streets in Lodz, according to GM TAI.
The undertaking will involve demolishing the tenement currently standing on the plot and replacing it with the new edifice, which will be five storeys in height. The centre will have a total floor area of approximately 3,500 m². The undertaking will cost an estimated PLN 12m (€3m).
