Gant embarks on new investment in Wola district

Gant Development has obtained a construction permit for a housing complex on Sokolowska Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It is the company's first project in the capital, according to PAP.
The complex, called Kaskada, will contain around 750 popular segment flats as well as a number of commercial premises. It will have a total of approx. 50,000 m² of floor space. The investment will be constructed in stages. In stage one, due to begin in the spring of 2010, some 280 flats, shops, service outlets and parking facilities will be completed.
