Flats and offices in old Krakow brewery

The company
Balmoral Property 1 is planning an investment on the site of the old Browar Lubicz brewery on Krakow's Lubicz Street,
Gazeta Wyborcza reported.
The investor wants to create a multi-functional complex comprising apartments, commercial space and offices. The complex will consist of both already existing buildings which will be revitalised (including Goetz Palace, which is a listed building, the malt kiln, the machine room and the boiler room), as well as a number of completely new buildings. The investor has taken the first step towards finding an architectural studio which it will entrust with the task of producing the design.
