Stage two of Sliczna estate in Krakow soon to be underway

Instal Krakow is preparing to embark on stage 2 of a housing estate it is building on Krakow's Sliczna Street. The general contractor for the investment is Chemobudowa Krakow, Parkiet reported.
Three multi-family units will be erected in the second part of the undertaking. They will contain more than 160 flats and approximately 7,800 m² of residential-floor space. The investment, the deadline for completing which has been pencilled in for Q1 2011, will cost roughly PLN 20m (€5m). A total of 429 flats were completed in the first stage of the project, the vast majority of which have already been sold.
