TUP building flats in Wlochy

TUP Property is planning to put up a multi-family building on Popularna Street in Warsaw's Wlochy district. The company has just been issued a construction permit for the project.
The building will be a four-storey edifice with 23 flats and an underground parking garage with room for up to 23 vehicles. The flats will range in floor size from 38 to 50 m², and the building's construction will be based on a light steel structure. In connection with the planned architectural design the investor is conducting talks with businesses interested in helping construct the building.
