New investments from Kristensen Group in Poland

Kristensen Group has lined up two new projects in Poland for 2010. The first of these undertakings will be a multi-purpose complex in Swinoujscie, consisting of four buildings containing a hotel roughly 3,300 m² in size, an apartment building with almost 150 flats, and a recreation centre featuring, among other things, a swimming pool, a fitness club, a medical centre, a casino and a cinema. The recreation centre will boast a total utilisable floor area of around 21,000 m². The undertaking will cost an estimated PLN 180m (€45.8m). In turn, the company is gearing up for the second stage of a housing investment in the town of Wisla called Apartamenty Bukowa Gora. A total of 75 flats are to be completed in this stage with floor areas ranging from 30 to 130 m². The construction work is set to begin in the spring of 2010.
