GTC: €139.4m net loss in 2009

Globe Trade Centre (GTC) reported €96.2m in revenues from leasing commercial space and €60.1m in revenues from sales of flats. Nevertheless, the company still suffered a net loss of €139.4m, the company announced in a press release.
Last year the company completed the construction of several major commercial investments in Poland, including Centrum Biurowe Kazimierz in Krakow, Galeria Jurajska in Czestochowa and the third office building in the Platinium Business Park complex in Warsaw. At the end of 2009 it also added the final touches to the City Gate office complex in Bucharest, comprising two units with a total floor area of 44,000 m². As of December 2009 the company's portfolio included buildings representing 455,000 m² of leasable floor area and in 2010-2011 GTC plans to complete another 240,000 m² of commercial space and 90,000 m² of residential space.
