New flats in Dabrowka near Poznan

Nickel Development is planning to build a housing complex on the corner of Dworska, Zamkowa, Koronna and Komornicka Streets in the Poznan satellite town of Dabrowka.
The Zamkowa estate will consist of a number of single- and multi-family buildings containing a total of 127 residential units. The houses will have floor areas of roughly 100 m², and the flats will range in size from 50 to 80 m². All the flats will be furnished with 50-285 m² gardens and 51-60 m² terraces. A total of 63 flats will be completed in stage one of the investment, which is slated for completion in Q1 2011. On the other hand, phase two will be finished by the final quarter of 2011.
