New office complex in Warsaw

Ghelamco is planning to put up an office building on Warsaw's Woloska Street. The project was designed by the Belgian architectural studio Jaspers & Eyera Partners.
Mokotow Nova will comprise three interconnected units, each 12 storeys in height and boasting a total floor area of 40,000 m². Furthermore, the complex will have its own three-storey parking garage with room for up to 1,000 vehicles. The undertaking is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2010 and should be completed by the end of 2011.
