19 candidates invited to stage two of tender for Kielce bypass

A total of 21 consortia entered a tender to build the Kielce bypass on the S7 express road, of which 19 have been invited to submit bids.
The ringroad will be 22 km in length. As
Polish Construction Review earlier reported, the undertaking will also require building 18 viaducts, nine bridges, four pedestrian crossings and three crossings for animals and two service stations.
The name of the winning contractor will be announced in the coming months and the construction work will commence in mid 2010.
