New housing investment near Poznan

The company Skaland will shortly begin building houses on Cynamonowa Street in the Poznan satellite town of Kamionki. The houses were designed by the architectural studio of Adam Mikulicz.
A total of 10 terraced units will be constructed in this stage of the investment. Each house will have a floor area of 118.8 m², include its own garage and stand on a plot between 268 and 371 m² in size. The investment is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2011. In an earlier stage of the undertaking the company built 20 free-standing single-family houses and is currently constructing eight terraced houses without garages.
