Small housing investment in Miedzylesie

Czarnoleska 24 is building a small housing complex on Czarnoleska Street in Miedzylesie near Warsaw.
The settlement will consist of three multi-family units standing on a 2,800 m² plot and containing a total of 14 high-end flats. Two of these units will be built from scratch. They will be three-storeys in height and contain 12 flats ranging in size from 50 to 80 m². The third is an old building currently standing on the site that will be renovated and converted into two apartments with floor areas of 193 and 205 m². Both of these flats will have their own gardens and terraces. Furthermore, the investor will construct an underground garage with 15 parking spaces and 14 storage rooms. The investment is slated for completion by Q4 2010 and the developer has just put the flats up for sale.
