New shopping centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski

West Investment, a company owned by
Grupa Przedsiebiorstw Saller, is planning to build a shopping centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski. The company recently purchased the project from the company
Budrem, which will now become the general contractor for the investment.
Galeria Ostrovia, as the mall has been dubbed, will have a leasable floor space of 37,000 m². It will host a hypermarket, a building materials store, electrical goods and household appliance store, as well as clothes and shoe shops. The task of supervising the leasing process has been entrusted to Mallson Polska, and Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for finding the tenants. The undertaking is due to commence in April 2010 and is slated for completion in the autumn of 2011.
