Ablon planning investments in Poland

The Hungarian company Ablon Group is preparing to enter the Polish market and has two or three projects in the pipeline.
One of these investments is a complex called Karolkowa Business Park in Warsaw's Wola district, comprising two eleven-storey buildings and one seven-storey edifice. It will contain 15,000 m² of commercial-office space as well as six apartments located on the highest floors. The investment should be finalised by the end of 2011 or the beginning of 2012.
Also in the Polish capital, the developer plans to put up an approximately 45,000 m² office building, while in Gdansk it owns a plot on which it intends to build a luxury housing complex, marina and hotel.
