Work set to begin on Sky Tower

LC Corp Tower intends to resume construction work on the Sky Tower residential building in Wroclaw, Puls Biznesu reported.
At around 207 metres tall Sky Tower will be the tallest residential building in Poland. Besides flats the edifice will also feature a shopping mall, a restaurant, a spa centre and gardens. A tender is currently in progress to chose a contractor to assemble the steel structure of the roof of the skyscraper as well as the sandstone facades and the alucobond covering. The deadline for submitting bids is 16 April. Work on the undertaking is due to commence at the end of July or the beginning of August 2010.
