Selena to acquire Izolacja-Matizol

Selena FM is to acquire a 100% stake in the firm Izolacja-Matizol. The Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has already given its consent for the deal to go ahead.
The formal takeover of the firm will begin shortly and the transaction is worth PLN 18.5m (€4.7m). The acquisition will expand Selena's assortment to include hydroinsulation materials produced by Izolacja-Matizol. The acquiring company's turnover will increase by roughly PLN 60m (€15.4m) and Selena's plans are, among other things, to invest in modernising Izolacja-Matizol's machine park.
