ycie Warszawy.
Miasteczko Koneser, as the investment has been christened, will feature luxury apartments and lofts, retail and office space, restaurants, galleries and a theatre centre. The undertaking has been divided into six stages. The revamp will begin with the restoration of the oldest pavilion in the 19th-century complex, which will be turned into offices. In turn, in the vicinity of Markowska and Bialostocka Streets the investor plans to put up new apartment buildings made of red brick and stylistically blending in with the existing architecture. On the other hand, the lofts will be located in the old part of the mint – they will each boast floor areas of 200 m² and their interiors can be divided into separate floors. The undertaking is slated for completion by 2013 at an estimated cost of over PLN 300m (€77m).
