New flats in Zielona Gora

The company Franco intends to put up a small apartment building on Wyszynskiego Street in Zielona Gora, according to Gazeta Wyborcza.
The building will contain a total of 66 flats with floor areas ranging from 33 to 99 m², plus 12 commercial premises on the ground floor. The apartments will be fitted with air conditioning and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The building will also include garages with automatic opening doors. The launch date for the investment is April 2010 and the deadline for completing the work is September 2011.
