AB Consulting buying out Pemug?

AB Consulting, the majority shareholder of the Famur group, intends to acquire the company Pemug, which specialises in construction-assembly services for the mining branch, we read in Parkiet.
AB Consulting is to announced a tender offer for shares in Pemug, and the latter's main shareholders have promised to sell their stock (representing 75% of the votes at Pemug's GM). They hope that the company will benefit from the cooperation with the Famur group, and they themselves are weighing up the possibility of resigning from their current posts.
The acquisition of Pemug represents part of AB Consulting's strategy of increasing the size of the group to include businesses specialising in cross-the board construction services for buildings and industrial facilities.
