Klimt House project underway in Warsaw
2010-03-10
Echo Investment has commenced building, and at the same time selling, luxury flats in its Klimt House project on Warsaw's Kazimierzowska Street, the company announced in a press statement.
The building will be sandwiched between two pre-war tenements and has been designed in such a way so as to blend in stylistically with the existing architecture. The apartment building will contain 60 single- and two-storey flats with floor areas ranging from 41 to 190 m². Each of the flats will have its own loggia, balcony or teraces and the highest floors will be occupied by two-storey penthouses with mezzanines. The ground floor, on the other hand, will feature a porter's lodge with reception, a fitness club with gym, as well as a relaxation section with sauna. The inner courtyard will include a playground and elements of small architecture. Klimt House will be fenced and equipped with a security system. The project was designed by the architectural studio of Maka. Sojka. Architekci. The deadline for completing the construction of the complex is Q4 2010.
