Multi-purpose complex in the pipeline for Wroclaw

The company
Vantage Development is planning to build a multi-functional centre at the intersection of Zakladowa and Trzebnicka Streets in Wroclaw. The architectural concept for the project was prepared by the studio INVI, while the first part of the complex is being designed by architects from the studio AP Szczepaniak.
Promenady Wroclawskie, as the centre has been dubbed, will consist of 28 units, 21 of which will contain approx. 1,600 flats with floor areas ranging from 35 to 120 m². Another six or seven buildings will be used for office purposes and provide a total floor area of around 80,000 m². The investor also wants to construct a hotel with 150 beds. A 6,000 m² office building will be built in the first stage of the investment, the construction of which will commence this autumn.
