ECE Projektmanagement to build mall in Szczecin

The company
ECE Projektmanagement Polska is preparing a retail investment in Szczecin. The project, set to cost €190m, will be financed with loans totalling €111m that the investor has been issued by the German banks Landesbank Berlin and Berlin Hyp, PAP reported. Galeria Kaskada, as the complex has been christened, will boast a total floor area of roughly 43,000 m². It will host 140 shops and service outlets. Skanska, is set to begin in the coming weeks and should be completed in the autumn of 2011.
ECE Projektmanagement possesses land reserves in such Polish cities as Krakow, Katowice and Bydgoszcz and is considering embarking on one more office, housing or hotel investment in one of these cities before the end of the year.
