TUP to build multi-purpose complex in Bydgoszcz

TUP is to co-operate with the city of Bydgoszcz in building a culture-entertainment centre, which will include a commercial-retail and office section, at the corner of Pelplinska and Orlat Lwowskich Streets in the city's Fordon district.
The investor and the city will set up a company that will be responsible for building the centre, called Kino-Centrum Fordon, and the undertaking is worth an estimated PLN 76m (€19.5m). The centre will be located on a plot almost one hectare in size and will boast a total floor area of roughly 12,000 m². The complex will house, among other things, shops, restaurants, a cinema and offices. The office space will belong to the city.
