New five-star hotels to appear in Poznan and Wroclaw

Roma Investment is to convert two historic villas in Poznan and Wroclaw into five-star hotels which will form part of the chain Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
The Poznan project will involve converting a villa on Reymonta Street into a hotel with 14 individually arranged rooms as well as two restaurant rooms, conference facilities, and a club room with wine bar. The undertaking will be awarded an EU subsidy of PLN 3.8m (€1m). The project was designed by the studio Smart Metropolitans.
In turn, the villa on Wroclaw's Powstancow Slaskich Street will gain a new lease of life as a five-star hotel called the Platinum Palace that will contain 46 luxury apartments. It will also include a restaurant, a wine bar, conference facilities and a wellness centre. The project was designed by the studio BCCOM and is expected to be completed by June 2010.
